Library Friends Welcomes Volunteers
Our local public library and the school libraries depend on volunteer help. Library Friends is an all-volunteer organization composed of members who care about books, people, and particularly libraries, those comfortable places where books and people get together.
Volunteers can help with the annual book sale, the annual book auction, book sorting, book hauling, shelf reading, and special projects at either the public or school libraries.
Library Friends Welcomes Your Donations
Books can be donated though out the year. Just drop them off at the Grand Marais Public Library, at 104 2nd Ave. West, Grand Marais, MN.
We cannot accept:
- old textbooks
- damaged books
- musty books
- Reader's Digest Condensed Books
- National Geographic Magazine
- encyclopedia sets
